Who we are

What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the places you are moving from and to, your preferred date, and your message.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you book with us, to arrange your move. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.
Who sees it
Your message is sent by email to Doves Removals. Our website and email are hosted by Fasthosts Internet Ltd in the UK, who process this data on our behalf. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, and customer records for as long as we need them for our legal and accounting obligations.
